"I have been trying to obtain an answer on my insurance bill breakdown and have received nothing but lack of information and an irritated attitude over the phone from Eliana Toribio. She continuously cut me off mid sentence and gave me an attitude, showing lack of customer service when a customer has a question. Phone technique courses should be enforced for this girl with her incompetent attitude. Uninformative and rude, seems like would prefer to be sitting at home jobless."

"I had a horrible experience with State Farm auto insurance. I dont recommend anyone using Leo Hurtado . Any other office than his . His staff lies to clients. I had a major issue. I called him personally. He did take my call. Said he would call me back by the next day or the latest the day after. I said ok fine . Thank you. When the 2nd day came with no communication I called around 1115 am the staff said he was out to lunch. I said ok let him know I called. I waited until 345 almost 4pm ( they close at five) . I called back and was told he never came in the office today.So I said, well, which is it?He was out to lunch or he never came in.They couldn't give me an answer.They said he'll get back to me. So I emailed him, it took him five days to return my email with some ridiculous answer to the problem.I was being built three months in advance for no apparent reason. So I said this is absurd.There is a problem we need to address.It went cold, didn't hear from him.I canceled my policy went with another company.Well, he wasn't happy about that.And now i'm fighting to get a refund because I prepaid my policy in advance for the month. They sent me a 7.00 dollar refund.When it should have been over a 180.00 I called the main number today.They said they had to speak to billing.Somebody will get back to me.Well, that was nine o'clock this morning here.It is seven o'clock at night.Nobody's returned my phone call.So let's see how long it takes back office to get in touch with me to correct this issue. Do not use this company.They'll lock you in with an introductory rate.And you think it's amazing.You'll pay your first month's premium.And then they start raising the premiums.When you're supposed to be locked in on a fixed payment.So to me it's like a bait and switch, be very careful."

"Justin and this state farm office were absolutely amazing. I have had such an amazing experience with these guys. I dont usually leave reviews, but this was worth it. Justin followed up when he saie he would, he helped me transition from nyc to florida with ease. He even helped me lower my bill by 40 a month through discounts the NY offices missed. I had a really bad experience with the new york office locations. One time they didn't process my paperwork and the dmv was threatening to take legal action. Luckily, I had an email paper trail to prove it was that offices issue. Then the second office did not cancel my NY policy and I got double charged. However, Justin and his office made sure that I was walked through every step. I was considering leaving state farm, however, this pleasant experience has chanfe my mind."
